Resolution Staffing Inc working in partnership with an amazing company in the Northumberland area is seeking a Full-time Permanent Production Supervisor.

Salary will be based on experience. Benefits will consist of Dental, Medical and Prescriptions.You will be entitled to participate in quarterly profit sharing.You will also be entitled to a boot allowance as well.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shift, shift quality and meeting and exceeding targets
- Provide leadership, direction and coaching to your team
- Monitor the efficiency of the plant equipment and resources
- Schedule and assign work to ensure production requirements are met
- Troubleshoot problems, work closely with Quality Control Techs and maintenance personnel
- Responsible for Training and Development
- Complete daily audits and effectively communicate job status
- Attend pre-shift meetings
- Coordinate delivery/removal of raw materials
- Ensure documentation is recorded
- Committed to promote and adhere to Health& Safety policies and procedures
- Must have a good understanding of Employment Standards
- Must be mechanically inclined
Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma
- Valid Forklift ticket or experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Motivated self-starter with an amazing personality
- Experience in a machine shop would be an asset
- Completion of apprenticeship/technical diploma preferred
- Would be an asset.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- A quick learner with a willingness to be trained
